I've updated the free rules to be inline with the changed made to TEA issue 01 in version 1.4. If you want more info on those changes, you can check them out here :)

Also, the full PDF of issue 02 has been released on the BackerKit so check that out if you like these free rules. The second issue is a thick zine of 80 pages, filled with downtime mechanics, mutations, a detailed city, and two new adventures (a dungeon crawl and a heist)! You can find it and physical copies of both issue 1 and 2 on the pre-order store!
